Bugs / [0.16.1389] Default clothing assignments are broken

When assigned to "Worker" or "Soldier" outfits, colonists will remove all their gear but refuse to put anything on afterwards. If returned to "Anything", they'll put clothes back on. If a new outfit configuration is created, colonists will dress accordingly. I've verified that Worker and Soldier outfits still show all the same items they should, and those items are available (since everyone just stripped out of them to begin with). So, it seems the issue is specifically with the default outfit configurations.

Additional details: One of the three original crash-survivors. She's the colony's resident badass-grandma, and spends her time operating drilling equipment, guarding the marksmen and turrets in combat, or happily gardening. So long as your intentions are good, she's the sweetest old lady you'll ever meet.

Additional details: Designated Sharpshooter. Huntsman has more confirmed kills than any other colonist I've ever had. Alternates between his charge rifle and masterwork sniper rifle. He's a bit twitchy and distant at times, but he's not let us down yet.

Additional details: We're not quite sure about Young. She's grumpy, but when you see her giggling like a maniac as she sprays lead into a hoard of tribals... It's something else. And she is damn proud of that minigun. She's our jack-of-all-trades, and mostly keeps busy cooking, carving stone, or laying bricks.
If you don't wind up drawing all three of these guys, I don't have any special preference on which you pick. I think they're all pretty fun, and they've definitely developed clear personalities over the course of this colony's growth. And thank you! This is a really cool thing you're doing.
