Mods / [REQUEST/SUGGESTION] Aim for body parts

Couldn't find it around here, but in Reddit a mod was suggested; it was about allowing us to aim for a specific body part when attacking another pawn or animal, raising the chances of it being hit. Some people suggested that it would also decrease general hit chance %. Others brought the idea of a "kill mode vs. incapacitate mode" system, where one would choose whether the pawn will attempt to hit limbs or vitals while attacking. A right-click target choose option for me would be very suitable too (would like to cut off dogs' tails with an axe, specifically).
