Support / Can't Rescue Incapacitated Colonists

I can't rescue any incapacitated colonists. I put them in the bed/sleeping spot on the rescue tile but they immediately exit and roll around on the ground, preventing me from healing. (I was hoping to heal him and leave because there's a sleeping mechanoid and I'm only carrying a vintage pistol) This only happens on tiles away from home. Everything at home is fine.  What is this bug? Could it be from a mod? I can break immersion with dev mode if need be but I wanted to see if anyone else has come across this problem first so that I can fix it.

Support / Started 10 Jobs In 10 Ticks [Rescue]

I just rescued an incapacitated person. I killed the mechanoid and went to rescue her but I get that error message, "ten jobs in ten ticks". When I take her back to the base and try to patch her up, everything works normally. But out on the tile that I found her, she immediately unassigns herself from the bed when I try to rescue her and struggles on the ground. The colonist that tried to help has the action of "Standing", where they remain until I intervene.

This is my mod list from my output log. Any suggestions on its load order is appreciated. I disabled 'While You're Up' because I saw that in a similar thread and then I disabled 'Smart Medicine'. Those weren't it. Any ideas on how I can read my files and figure out what mods are conflicting and or causing the problem?

I also input a few more errors that I always get when loading my game, if it helps.

But should I move the mod up higher in my list? I have it towards the bottom. I'll have a pet walking around and I'll get a pregnancy alert (X is pregnant!) when she hasn't even mated. That's why I asked does this mod clash with anything else. I think this glitch/bug contributes to a lot of the population booms on my map. Is it just something that can't be fixed?

Is there any specific load order for this mod in relation to other mods? My pets get pregnant for no reason other than the fact that an opposite sexed animal is somewhere on the map. It's irritating having to constantly remove the pregnancy.

(Also, does this not work well with 'Dinosauria' mod? When my dinos lay eggs they deteriorate before they hatch. It would be cool to see them populate.)
