Ideas / Consciousness affecting pain

I think it would make some sense to decrease pain as consciousness decreases so that someone at 50% consciousness should have 50% to all stats including pain

Hey, can anyone tell me about how blood loss works. I had a dude who was really cut up, nearly 10 short sword cuts and was at 3% bleeding but when someone lobbed his foot off he went instantly to 103% blood loss. (I use this full power armor prisoner a practice pad for shooting and melee.

I was thinking about how raw meat lasts forever and I thought "how about a researchable table that packages meat using cloth increases it's life from like 10 day to 200 and it increases it's selling value instead of selling raw meat. also I though how about mining salt that way it can be an early game way to store meat.

I feel like when I change the ai I changed from phoebe to randy, the difficulty only increased marginly as if it were the start of game randy random and doesn't feel like it is affected by colony wealth or defences

Raiding other bases

When ty adds the ability to raid other bases , the transportation should be like a armored car that uses uranium as fuel and travels fast also I stores food andother stuff like metal so u can besiege the enemy colony and raid

I really like how tynan is adding all this cool depth with traits and all but I wanted to suggest something like this...


Raiders have group leaders and will attack different parts of the colony
-add more strategic defence than a hole in the wall with 50 turrets guarding
-If group leader dies, -10 or 15 to the group (players will want to attack group leader to break up raids faster
-some groups try to steal silver/food while other attack

Raider leader
-in the center of the group
if dies then group gets a -15
