I noticed this when i was going to reform a caravan after an ambush, that every time i tried to open the worldmap to form a caravan for more than 10 seconds the game would freeze and blackout, I thought this was only a map issue, and tried to remove the giant smoke cloud event in dev mode so I didn't need to caravan, but now the game also pauses itself both in and out of dev mode and shows a 'called spawnedpawninfaction with null faction' error. I tried reloading an earlier save but both problems persist.  help would be greatly appreciated
