1. What the circumstances were.
A new save, 10 colonists with Tree Connection meme, using Scenario Editor and dev mode tools.
Mods: Purely vanilla with DLCs: Ideology, Royalty

2. What happened.
The -10 mood penalty for "Trees Ravaged" appears when you harvest many trees, but if you harvest more AFTER the moodlet appears, the debuff resets to "Healthy trees" and the "Trees ravaged" penalty never applies again for any colonist with this ideology.


3. What you expected to happen.
The moodlet should have persisted until the next quadrum instead of disappearing after cutting a dozen more trees.


4. Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.

Make a new save, and start chopping a lot of trees. You will see that the moodlet appears, and after 10 trees or so, it disappears and a debuff such as "Trees harmed" never applies again.
