I played a couple of games until I get it. Now I know how to stay alive and live longer on a larger colony.
First, about the 'challenge'. What they are: Fighting raiders, harvest resources, grow foods, manage metal to build all the things needed, short-circuit, eclipse, rain, lightning, etc... Thats good. But after a couple of hours, I felt like i've seen it all. Attacks of raiders are always identical. They drop, I build 2 or 3 more turrets, I put my men behind cover and wait until they comes closer, then I detonate a lots of bombs and I finish them with my guns/rifle, etc... Thats awesome...but after a dozen of raids...No more fun.
Suggestions: Maybe force the colony to get them outside the base. Like kill them before they leave. Capture at least 3 of them. Raiders storm inside building and put everythings on fire, steal food/metal. They drop a bomb from the sky before attacking. Cloaked raiders.
Other suggestions:
-Possibility to asign 'group' of electric device to shut them off when wanted. (Like standing lamp. Not always to shut them all).
-Possibility to 'group attack' when multiple colonist are selected.
-Can asign more than one square when forcing a task. (cleaning, mining, building)
About modules. I personaly think that modules are not an option anymore. They are a MUST!!!
