Circumstances: Installed a standing lamp that I had looted from a prisoner rescue quest.
What happened: Lamp came on and runs fine. Problem is there is no power in that part of the base. Selecting the lamp says it's not connected but it is clearly on. Looks on. Lights up the area. Mousing over the ground shows 50% lit. Magic
What I expected to happen: I expected the lamp to be off because it doesn't have a power source.
