I'm confused about how trade beacons work these days. In the past the set up shown in the screen shot worked fine. Now, however, no trader seems to want to buy anything except my animals. The exotic goods trader will not buy my art for example.

What am I doing wrong?

I received a message that a boomalope had become tame by itself. The boomalope showed up in my animal overview and then continued on its path and left the map. I had no interaction with it, so its area was set to unrestricted. Unfortunately I have no save file or log of this.
