Help / add/replace "Effecter" to hit

Is there way (without dll wizardry) to add something like this :

Outdated / [A13][Version must not matter] Sprites

I want to share some sprites I made for myself
It just replace core files and do not interfere with anything. Put to mods foldier. To delete you need to find and delete my files in core/textures/things, game than will use stock sprites from assets archive as usual.

I has some nice natural walls, I don't know who is autor, and I painted  compressed stuff  and mashinery atlas for it. Walls included.
