As the title says: there was a personal shield MKII in a16 and a17 which allowed the paws who were wearing it to use their guns. unfortunately it dosen't work in B18 anymore and I wasn't able to find out what might be the issue. original author of the shield was skullywag I think.

Does anyone how this could be realized?

Gives you the option to build hidden conduits.

I updated the file with some issues solved:
 
   - building the invisible conduits no longer destroys walls or other buildings on the same tile
   - the research of electricity is now required to build the invisible conduits
   - there shouldn't be any issues coming up on the console after the game starts anymore
