I'm new to the game, but I cant find any reason in this guys stats that the training stat is so low:

Just wanted to say thanks for making this game. I definitely want to support more development, it's awesome. I stay away from the forums because I think a lot of the fun is learning and sometimes making hillarious mistakes. I play with permanent death on because it makes me that more attached to my colonists.
I'd love to be a pirate tribe and invade other bases. Or find one of my old bases in a map. This game has so many possibilities. I used half of my return for no man's sky and its 100 times more fun.
