Much in the same way you can assign a master to an animal, I think you should be able to assign a warden to a prisoner. That way, say you have multiple people who are set to warden, you don't have the one farthest away on the map dropping what they are doing and coming home to warden, when you have another person at the base who could so it just as well. Or, lets say your main Warden has a social of 11, but no interest whatsoever, a 2nd person who has a social skill of 1, but is extremely interested, and 2 prisoners, one with a recruit difficulty 60%, the other 99%. I'd like to be able to set the Warden with the social of 1 only try to recruit the 99% difficulty person, so they gain the experience, while the main warden only recruits the 60% one, having the better chance to succeed.
