General Discussion / Hide Colonist Bar?

There use to be a way to hide the bar on the top of the screen. Is there some button I can't find that hides it or atleast fades it out? I have roughly 60 people between 3 colonies and it takes up a ton of room on the screen between that the Moody Chart and the resource bars.

In all the hours I've put into this game I have never tested it will raiders set fire to crops? Walls and pretty much everything else they will but haven't seen crops put ablaze. I always wall them in from the start. I wanted to make massive grape fields but have no inside space and I don't want to make a thousand walls.

General Discussion / Plague unbeatable early game?

I started a new settlement and plague hit 4/6 people 20 days in. Highest doctor is 7 and theres no glitter medicine or Penoxycyline yet. Being that it starts at 40% and colonists are always behind it unless you get those pills or a high doctor is it basicly instant death? First time dealing with it on 16 so I have no idea how lethal it is now.

Is there some way to make colonists propery stack the stockpiles? I have little over 10k steel but not 1 full stack. Everything is like that entire stockpiles used up by 1 resource. When you have little it doesn't matter but when everything is over 3k its a bitch to stockpile anything.

No matter what I do everytime I click 1 field it automaticly selects every field I have. Now this wouldn't be a huge issue but I have over 40 different crop types and only using 1 gets old. Is there a button you have to push first cause I haven't had this problem before.

I've been trying to expand my chicken farm after an unplanned toxic fallout killed all but 3. Everytime I get a large quantity of fertile eggs my huskies come through and eat every single one. Theres kibble not even 2ft from the eggs so is there any way to restrict dogs from eating them? I restricted them from the area but that does absolutely nothing to stop them.

Today I sacrificed a lot of my incompetent workers to the Cthulhu God to make my stronger workers godlike. Problem is the colony instantly divided half liked the idea the other half developed -50 hate twards the cultists. With 50+ people full civil war is imminent. If you put someone in a cryo pod do they keep the bad mood or does it fade away even in cryo sleep?

I feel like my game is bugged since a toxic fallout has been around for little over 2.5 years now. How long are they suppost to last? This same colony has seen multiple fallouts but never more than a few months let alone a few years.

Now I'm no stranger to the apocalypse that is the rimworld chicken and I'm sure a lot of other people arn't either. But I'm all for finding a better solution to my chickenocalypse. Whats the best approach to take for chicken farming?
