Mod bugs / Quest tab bug

I have an issue with too many factions not allowing me to click the tabs at the top of the quest tab. If the factions were in a proper scrollbox I think it would resolve the issue. I posted this in the mods section because it is somewhat mod related, but would be nice if there was some kind of official fix. I'll include a picture that shows when I try to click the tabs, it instead selects the faction under to allow royal favor or not, which means I cannot click on the "Active" tab of the quest section.

I upgraded my game to 1.1 royalty, but a problem I'm having which prevents me from seeing quests is that my quest tab is over run by having too many factions. For whatever reason, the factions don't want to stay under the tabs at the top, which causes me to not be able to click the tabs, and instead the cursor only focuses on the factions, and allowing them to give me royal things as rewards or not or whatever.

If someone could please make me a mod that adjusts the UI to make all the factions in a box with a scroll bar I would be forever grateful. If someone could even tell me what file or where the file is so that I could even attempt to fix it, I would also accept that.

Anything that helps me to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated. If you've run into this or it's a mod that's causing the issue (aside from too many factions) please let me know, thanks!!!!!

Edit: added a picture to show what I mean. The 13th infantry is selected instead when I try to click on the Active tab.

Mods / Mod request - endgame tribal raids

So I've reached endgame in my game with 200+ mods, and I've noticed there are two types of raids. The first type is fairly difficult with the mods I have, as the raiders are absolutely jacked when it comes to equipment and how many appear. The annoying raids are the tribals, who assume they can do anything with bows and clubs against laser machine guns...

I am trying to get into rimworld modding, but it's a slow process with my limited time, so I was wondering if someone could help me out by making a mod that either lessened the chance of tribal raiders based on your wealth, or multiplied the amount of raiders by like...10 or something. Anything to make it feel more even in the late-game for the tribals, or to just eliminate them from raiding at all after they realize how advanced my colony has become.

If this is too much to ask, I would love for someone to give me a hand or some advice to start me on my way of making this mod myself.
