Mod bugs / Weird bug not letting me load

So I've been playing for 1 in game year
and then for the first time the game would not load

I have a TON of mods, so I'm pretty sure one is conflicting with the other. It's just odd it didn't happen before I started the game. I just want to be able to continue where I left off.
