Stories / First time contemplating this "family" moment

I play RimWorld since A15 and I've seen plenty of different things. From funny crazy shit to dark and merciless "oh, I'm fucked" moments, but never seen this before. I don't know if its because coincidence or because causation, but it's rare to me.



The fuckin' pawns are indeed having a dinner together! And they're even talking and chatting.
Well, I don't think that they programmed a schedule for this. The two pawns of the right are the ones who joined moments after (as you can see in the bars) while the others joined all together. They had the same idea because all four were on a hunt for a vicious timberwolf who was eating the alpacas. The moment that I undrafted them, they quickly went to eat. That's the moment when I took my time to watch them, just to realize that others were joining too. Just one pawn was doing something else: a nerd in the laboratory, researching for autodoors. Classic nerd.

Silly thing, but I truly never seen something like that before. At least not when there's no party around.
Someone here is more used to see this or it's just so improbable as I think?

Hi, everyone. I have a question related to prisons and prisoners.
There's a way to differenciate prison categories to put different prisoners on them?
For example: dangerous criminals in more secure prisons, vicious criminals in more cramped and solitary prisons, low security criminals who committed simple crimes in comfortable prisons, etc.
I can use any way to do it, like extensive micromanaging for example.
If not, there's a plan for making this a real thing? There's mods for this?

Ideas / Faction's banners and flags

Hi everyone!

I'm currently making a monarchy-type colony with nobility and all that stuff, and I was thinking how cool would be if factions and colonies could have their own banner or their own flag. Not to put in the field for embellishment, but to identification in the world map or in the faction menu. And even a simple banner creation system like Airships: Conquer the skies have.
Also, this could permit changing the color of the player's colony icon.

That could be cool, what do you think?

Ideas / Prisoners hidden traits and skills

Hi, everyone.

I just thought that we shouldn't be able to see the prisoners traits and skills until a colony pawn with good social abilities inquire them with some friendly chat. This way, recruiting would be more difficult to achieve. Or at least, not so quick.
Lower chances of recruiting, slower time to get that info.
