For numCase to work, you need to use a language worker that specifies TotalNumCaseCount. It's 0 by default.

It would be great to get a savefile before bestowing ceremony broke in order for me to recovcer what happened.
Also, the mentioned pawn doesn't have any ideo, which causes said error. I wonder how they end up in that state.

This alert comes from a mod, might be just an issue with it. Mech assembler can spawn mechs on any nearby cell, not just on doors. If it still doesn't work as expected, please upload a save file.
