Same for me.

In my case, I set one pawn to carry some herbal, while they were sleeping. The UI vanshing thing happened as soon as they woke up. The pawn is also stuck on the task. (not moving, task line pointing at the herbal meds in stockpile)

Same thing happened to me.

The colonist was 93, so the heart attack wasn't exactly a shock, heh. But she was on loan to a technologically advanced empire, and from the short time between the heart attack message and the message that she died, I very much got the feeling that they didn't even attempt to save her.
And then they indeed sent her back naked.

Save file, right after getting the "heart attack" message:

I think this is normal? Way I understood it, items need to be in the same stockpile in order to be mergeable.

Completed a "Supplies for (city)" quest and picked a non-psy colonist to receive the royal favor, which made him a Yeoman. One of the messages said a psychic amplifier would arrive via drop pod, but it didn't arrive.

- All other rewards were received (quest reward items, the royal favor and the title.)

- The pawn I selected to receive the royal favor was in the caravan which delivered the goods, so was not at my colony at the time the reward should have been sent.

Savegames: (I'm using mods, though)

copy of the autosave a few minutes before completing the mission, caravan not far from destination:

I saw on the Steam forums that a sorta-similar bug about an amplifier that didn't arrive would be fixed next hotfix, so perhaps this post is obsolete, but since the circumstances are different, I figured I'd report it anyway.

General Discussion / Re: Introduce yourself!
February 27, 2020, 10:15:17 AM
Basics: Middle aged/Belgium. Night Owl, Neurotic, Undergrounder.

-What introduced you to RimWorld? Or to this style of game in general?

Heard talk about it on a Twitch stream while it was still in early access, but while I was in a stretch of a few years where I wasn't playing any games. Remembered it some time last year, when the gaming bug had gotten hold of me again, and finally picked it up.
This style of game... Always been drawn to management/sim games, ever since my early gaming days. (I remember letting the rather obscure SimLife run overnight on my early 90s potato PC at about 1 tick per 10 seconds in several feeble attempts to create a healthy eco-system. Never did manage to get there.)

-What's your favorite other game?

If I had to pick one, probably the original XCOM (UFO Defense.)
The game (series) I spent the most hours in over the years would be the Football Manager series, though I haven't played it in a handful of years.
My gaming taste does have some variety, but I am often drawn to open-ended games, where it's all about the journey/evolution, and I can dig into it for a few hundred hours and decide for myself when the game ends.

-Most embarrassing gaming-related story?

Can't really think of anything specific. Except, perhaps, that I come from a time where it was pretty normal to feel a bit embarrassed admitting to people you'd rather stay home and play games instead of going out. Glad to see that time is pretty much over.

-What kind of breakfast cereal is the best?

I haven't had cereal in 20+ years, but used to be a standard Kellogg's Cornflakes guy, with cold milk and way too much brown sugar. These days I rarely do breakfast, but if I do it's pastry from the local bakery.

Quick addition, somehow I didn't think to look at this last night:

It seems this is only a wrong message that pops up, and the faction relations didn't actually change. (Still at 0.)

Which, I guess, turns this from a low priority bug into a very low priority one. :)

Circumstances: The "Royal Ascent" quest was available in the Quest tab, but not active. (Early game and I don't have the requirements yet.)

What happened: Double pop up: "High Stellarch died: The Exodus Empire" with the name of the new stellarch, and "Guest died: Petronas" informing me I have failed the quest Royal Ascent and relations with The Exodus Empire decreased by 5. (see attached screenshot)

I am running a few mods, but since this doesn't seem like a mod-related issue, I figured I'd post it here anyway. I can provide my modlist if that helps.

Savegames:

Hope this helps.
