Does anybody know where it is? I've spent about 2 - 3 hours locating it, but can't seem to find a trace of it. Reason I want to find it is to reference on how backstories work, and how it disables certain skills so I know how to create my own backstories.
Using other people mods doesn't really help in this case. One helped me figure out how to create traits, long as I don't break the mod. But backstory wise I need it from the direct source to understand how it functions.
