Help / Help With Storyteller XML

Hello! I'm looking to create a custom storyteller in order to play Naked Brutality without the game throwing pawns at me; however, I'm not entirely clear on how some of this works.
If I create a new StoryTellerDef that's a copy of one of the other Storytellers, but which has its own name, label, and populationIntentFactorFromPopCurve and populationIntentFactorFromPopAdaptDaysCurve, will that do the trick?
I'm looking to make it so that the Storyteller is neither trying to serve me up colonists nor take me down a peg if I have only one; should I just fill both of those with a single item list of 0,0?
I notice Randy also has a minIncChancePopulationIntentFactor tag; do I also need to worry about that?
