One of my pawns can't move, and neither can some of those arriving in the area. No logs.

Right after the initiation ceremony, when the emissary enters his shuttle, the game pauses and this is displayed in the log. When i try to unpause, the error repeats. Modded game
upd: Many times I clicked on the change of speed and after everyone sat down and flew away I was able to play on. I suppose that after each ceremony it will be repeated
