Support / Black screen after load saved game

Hello, on Rimworld 9 I have black screen with only coursor after i select any save. I havent installed any mods. This is log: http://wklej.org/id/1649927/dl/

@Tynan, i thinks you are add if to xml translation files. For Polish, is problems with numbers - for example:
"4 cats" we translate: "4 koty", but: "5 cats" - "5 kotów".

I think about this translate code:
Original english translation:

<ShortCircuitRain>A {0} has short-circuited in the rain and started a fire.</ShortCircuitRain>


Polish translation with if:
<ShortCircuitRain>
   <ShortCircuitRain:if test="{0} = "baterie"">
      Podczas deszczu nastąpiło zwarcie w baterii i wybuchł pożar.

   <ShortCircuitRain:if test="{0} = "elektrownia"">
      Podczas deszczu nastąpiło zwarcie w elektrowni i wybuchł pożar.
   </ShortCircuitRain:if>

No, this save is original from last version but i using developer mode. Previous autosave works good.

Great videos. But don't understand what's wrong?

Ok, on first video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZrA4WRCnI4&feature=youtu.be ram materials dont move on belt.
On second video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNa1NBgtRDIi rebuild hopper and on 0:43 hopper works good - give material hand on. On 1:27 i have rebild belts and i enable mining and this workd good ;) So i thing - maybe i make mistake on build it in the past.
But after few minutes, i looking on this mine and: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtE5EhDGLCc mine works good, give raw material to hopper, but hopper dont give hand on to belts. Why?
