Well, that's the nature of releases for mods to take a few days. I have a few must haves, but that won't stop me from trying out the new alpha. I usually wait for the 1st hotfix, but .. meh, my next week at work is going to be major mandatory overtime, so I won't have much time to play.

Woot! Just got the release notification while at work. Can't wait to go home tonight and play. New rig too... so I may even do my first stream with it too. Hyped! Thank you Tynan. My birthday is the 13th, so this came early.

Aww. So I recently came back to Rimworld after an absence (letting it update, etc).... only to search for my favorite modmaker and her wonderful stuff... Julia's gone?!? I am sad, but I hope she is doing very very well and wish her the best. I'll miss her dearly, as her and EdB's mods are the 1st I install to any new update, and the ones I considered vital.

I hope you're doing amazingly well, Julia! Miss you.

If you could find a way to make these things only buildable in December and also make them self-destruct in January that would be really neat. I'm afraid that's going to require some real coding in a .dll file though. I suggest adding a menorah too. maybe a dreidel too. Might appeal to more people that way. I personally am an Atheist so I'm not very interested in any of that stuff. But I did consider making Christmas trees when I made my Pine tree for Alpha 7. Too many other interesting projects came up for me to get around to it though. Glad to see that someone got it done though. It's a fun little mod for those who do like to celebrate the holidays.

Actually, my suggestion would be different. They should give +100 beauty in November and December, but -100 (or more!) any other month... Because who friggin' wants to see that stuff?!?!? And the guy who leaves his lights up all year round is a wacko. (Perhaps also a personality trait where they want to see that stuff all year round. Very rare.)

I would find that hilarious, personally.

I'd love to see this updated for A8 too. This mod was dear to me before!
