What the title says.

Items in a stockpile inside the roofed over cave also seem to stay flagged as "outdoors", though they don't seem to decay.

Game crashed while I was trying to generate a 100% planet on this fail laptop.  Probabaly ran out of memory.

Anyway, here's the dump folder it generated.

I actually use this to heat my workshop that's not attached to my house - though in principle it's not electrical elements in the floor - it's a network of 1/2th inch ID PEX tubing that the concrete floor was poured over, through which hot water is circulated.

So aside from adding blue power conduits and all the other stuff... what does this do exactly? Whatever this is inspired by is something I've not seen before apparently and the description isn't exactly clear on the actual function. I was about to add this mod to the mod list but need a description for it and just can't figure out what it should be.
