Took a break from RimWorld for awhile and saw  it pop up on steam the other day. Then saw what looks to be one of the first reviews to pop up on youtube just a bit ago. Wanted to drop by and say congratulations early. Wish you all the success in the world. Made my first kickstarter experience a great one! Looking forward to getting the time to dive in again and see what's changed :P

Great reviews by idiotech btw. Drop by and give him some love if you enjoy it. Still surprised it's such a small channel :)

Do sorta miss that mod.....

Although, it's likely been superseded by the "grill". Can't remember which mod the grill is part of though off the top of my head.

Don't think people realize just how many mods are in those compilations. Asking someone to maintain and make compat. their mod for something like  UOM for instance is essentially asking for compatibility with 100+ other mods. Just to put things in perspective for some folks.

So yea, can't blame anyone for not wanting to bother, much less maintain compat. with that many other mods on top of new alpha's resetting the whole process.

my top picks for who would actualy enjoy the game of the top of my head is
and yeah splattercat too
even though I like tb's crew I really don't see dodger or jessy even playing it although tb himself is a good bet imo even IF he hates it you'll get a fare opinion and he won't even call it a review if it's alpha so not much to loose.

I could prolly dig up another dozen let's players that would play it. My guess is everyone that has let's played DF for any amount of time already has a copy though.

Would it be a pain to make version without glasses? Reason I ask is that after awhile every pawn is agent 47 and bald hahahaha. Def not poking fun or anything as I'm guessing it's just a limitation with the game but would that be tough to do? Or maybe even have the glasses as permanent part of hairstyles themselves would fix the no hair thingy?

Sry I'm totally ignorant as far as pawn sprites and stuff... no clue how they work or I'd just try to fiddle with it myself :/

Also, doubling the the time in each day possibly will change your gameplay zero, assuming the relative ticks required for each task are maintained or simply scaled up. Yes, you can fit more in a "day", but you will fit the exact same amount of actions in 1 (real world) hour of play.

Don't even know what to say to that bro. I never thought of myself as a fanboy by any means but even I have that much faith in the dev team. Have to be pretty clueless to double AND scale everything along with it. Right back to square one.  :P

Actually I'd kinda like to see it happen just like that. Just to see the interesting threads coming out of it  ;D DO IT Tynan!! You know you wanna......
