If I want to translate a mod to Brazilian portuguese, do I need to do anything besides translating the "english.xml" to "PortugueseBrazil.xml"?

Furthermore, if I want to offer myself to translate mods made by other people (again, to PT-BR) what's the best way to do it? Do I PM individual modders about translating their work? Do I make a post in one of the boards? If yes, which one? Or am I blind and there is a better way to do it?

There was a mod that got rid of that bullshit of an event (I'm not salty, you're salty) in a previous alpha (15? 14? I'm not sure). Can't find it now, any help is appreciated

I have the industrialisation mod from EatKenny that adds aluminium and copper. If I want to add a recipe to get these materials form the deep core miner, do I need to do anything besides adding the recipes in the Recipes_production_coredriller.xml?

Wouldnt it be better if the water gathering were assigned to hauling instead of crafting? I've had a 2 crafting lvl guy waste my plasteel crafting an awful longsword because i gave him the crafting job so he could use the pumps. And I don't want to have to remember to set skill limits on every single crafting job I put out (Trust me, at some point I will fail).

Really stupid question here: When social interactions were added, did we get pregnancy as well? If not, is there a mod that adds it?

The link to the Alpha 14 download for Capsule Reactor seems broken. I managed to get it to work, but others might not have such luck
