Never mind, I had restricted my colonists to my base and that's why they couldn't get him.

There's an injured raider on the ground and when I try to capture him it says, Cannot capture: no reachable, un-reserved, enclosed prisoner marked beds. Even though I have 3 reachable, un-reserved, enclosed prisoner marked beds.
