Doing a medieval game with zero electricity or gunpowder anywhere on the planet, but now my crops don't have an adequate light source to grow with. Any ideas where I can find a 51%+ crop light without power?

If I wanted to change the values for how much/quickly resources get brought up from the ground, what file would I need to change? I can't seem to find it
