I keep getting this and i cant seem to figure out why.

Please assist me in figuring out why I cant get an actual link or key to the game.

and thats it. 

I am getting the same thing with the "status initial".

Hi, I continue to get my download links and steam keys sent to me but it just keeps sending me my order# in their place, so I am not able to download alpha 14 or redeem the game on steam.  Im not sure if maybe im doing something wrong but i needs the help
