Why do seeds cost so much? I see strawberry seeds for sale for like $75. That strikes me as really bizarre- to start up even a small farm that's like $750, am I missing something?

Where is the number of factions generated by "canMakeRandomly" in FactionDefs specified? It seems to default to 5, but I can't find that value listed anywhere... all mods that increase the number of factions seem to do so by modifying requiredCountAtGameStart to a higher number, which of course works, but doesn't do what I want it to at all.
Essentially, what I want is a way to get worldgen to randomly generate factions, which it will happily do up to 5, up to a certain number that is higher than 5.

Bugs / [A14] Bypassing no plant cut restriction

Really simple and minor. Basically, if someone has "dumb labor" as a restriction, they can't plant cut... but if you slap down a growing zone on top of a plant, they'll happily cut it down in order to seed the plant. This doesn't really make sense.
