Ideas / Espionage and Infiltatrion
August 09, 2017, 04:08:47 AM
so what happens when your an enemy with a faction. you can attack their bases and get raided by them. but what if you could send a colonist to there base who would infiltrate them send back intel and sabotage farms and electronics. or even introduce diseases and bomb buildings. what if you take that info you gathered and could sell it to a friendly faction or use it in a strategy to have a no casualty attack on there base.

so how probable is it that these ideas can be put into effect? cause I want to rage a cold war with the mufflos by the creek faction.

also I'm just talkin about rimworld not IRL.

Well, then, you're not talking about ethics at all. You're talking about optimizing game play. Doing X or Y *in a game* because it produces better results *in the game* isn't even remotely an ethical issue. ;)

sorry had to change the name of the topic to better fit the idea

true it isn't sudden but after the you learn that you have to explore all avenues for survival of your colony you start to notice the morally questionable things are the most profitable for your colony. so some people harvest organs or sell people into slavery and after a while don't give a thought about how morally questionable it is.

So when we got rimworld we thought it was wrong to harvest organs or kill trade caravans. but after rimworld it forced us to change our play style in the game. we don't even think about it when we take a prisoner and harvest their organs until they die or get sold off. yeah its for your colonies prosperity but when you think about it doesn't all the things we do seem a little unethical.

also I'm talkin in game not IRL

Mods / Good medicinal mods?
February 02, 2017, 06:28:11 PM
So I'm starting a new play through and I want to have an insane medical setup. I already have nerve stapling, glitter tech, mind altering device, dermal regenerator and Epoe. while these are great mods. I need more, a lot more. any mods I may have missed. I also have vegetable garden and that has some meds.

I have the DRM free version so no on steam mods.
