you need to create a folder in mods directory, then put the 3 folders inside that one. 

thanks guys.  It was an empty space in my stockpile.  When the tile was on screen, that one red debug counter went up.  Once i selected the tile, I got multiple red debug notices...  Deleted whatever was on the tile, and everything is back to normal... Thanks again
