Depends on what sort of mod it is (i.e. whether it's assembly or XML)

If it's an XML mod that adds things, there probably will be errors. If it's a large assembly mod, it most likely will cause errors. If it's a small XML mod that only tweaks one or two things, there probably won't be any issues.

The one I want to uninstall is Project Fallout v1.5
