Ideas / Dealing with mental breakdowns

Hi guys,
I recently played around with the unfortunatly broken mod "Rim Disorders". There I got the idea of a new way to deal with mental breakdowns. In the mod a Councelor can try to cure pawns of mental illnesses. Therby a certain medical skill is needed as a prequisite. Additionally the social skill is used to determin the success chance.
I imagin having a Councelor trying to talk people out of their breakdowns. It could be similar to prisoner recruiting attempts, that you can try it only once every few hours.
Violent reactions could also be a chance on negativ outcomes...
