Hey guys I've been trying to get a hold of this Combat realism mod that seems so popular.

the link is dead though and the thread is closed, can someone upload the file for me please? I'd be so grateful!

Question! why do the 9mm ammo for the Combat Realism mod are named

"9x 19mm" ?

Isnt it the other way around? I had a hard time finding the handgun ammo in Prepare carefully.

I like this a lot better than Dye Vat mod, with all those unecessary fabrics it clutters the game.

I am referring to the visual addons mod. the other mods are great, and I love them.
and no, I didn't get any errors when running it. the game was just extremely slow, even at 1x speed.

I just encountered a big problem with this mod.

With it enabled, I encounter extremely heavy performance issues, even on my high end PC.
Then again I have many many mods enabled, but once I disabled this mod, everything ran fine again.

So... does this create map spawns on the world with only one rock type?
For example if I hover over a map tile, will I be able to choose from "marble" maps only? or is it  still gonna say "marble, sandstone, slate" etc. and then load in with 1 random rock type?

Please clarify! great mod otherwise, thank you.

I have countless other Rimworld mods over 30+ and none of them have given me any problems. Its as simple as checking for incompatibility and everything should work fine.

this is the first mod that Ive seen that has obvious bugs in it.

That Seleymite stuff looks hellza fucking pretty!! O_O;;;;; *drools*

Thank you for this mod! Also, can you consider adding new ores like Rubies, Diamonds, Sapphires, etc. and making a new crafting table where you can create jewelry and stuff to sell or whatever, maybe to increase social skill chance? :D

You cannot craft Cybernetic organs as they are a part of the Glittertech mod which you seem to have installed. There is no recipe for that, you can call in Exotic traders (they usually do have a couple of those in my games) or dissect a raiding Commando. EPOE only includes Surrogate and Synthetic organs which are craftable.
As for the green/blue prosthetics, I think these two mods are kind of conflicting, no matter the load order -- I'm using Glittertech aswell.
puu.sh/utwlt/920679c8c8.jpg - as you can see here, there are two variants of an Advanced bionic arm.
You can spawn both with 'try place thing' in the debug actions menu (Esc -> options -> enable Development mode -> the leftmost gear w/ triangle icon on your new sidebar at the top of your screen), and you can also slap them directly on your pawns with Add Hediff -> Verse.Hediff_AddedPart. Don't forget that they're attached to the shoulder, not just the arm.
If you do open the dev menu, you'll be able to see that the augmentations from the two mods are listed in two separate columns, even though they have the same names.
You can only craft the EPOE version of the augs, the GT counterparts (the stronger ones) are obtainable from traders (click on the info button in the barter menu to make sure that you're buying the right one. EPOE: +30%, GT: +100%) or harvestable from downed hostiles... or visitors from Orion Corp. Not sure about that one, I've only ever seen them with their Exoskeletons™.

WARNING!

I do not recommend this mod.

As others above me have stated, I just got a NaNC bug that ruined the 50 hours I put into my hardcore playthrough. This mod looked very promising and I was loving it until one day, I loaded my save and everything in my freezers - all the meat, vegetables, meals, pemmicans spoiled and became inedible. All the human corpses and animal corpses Ive been storing in my freezers all turned to bone / dessicated. My colonists ALL refused to go to sleep in their rooms and all slept on the floor. I don't know why. Sadly I live in a tundra biome for that save, it was the middle of winter, so my colonists had nothing to eat and everything went to shit and we all died. Thanks to this mod.

Its great, but currently I can't recommend it. The bugs are GAME BREAKING.

Thanks for this mod!

The only way I was able to get Glitterworld medicine before was thru the Glittertech mod but god damn it was a pain in the ASS getting the absurd amount of ingredients required to make it.

This makes it so much more easier, so thank you!

Hey! I love this mod! I have a BIG problem!

How do I get that L shaped planter that goes around corners in your picture? I have ALL the furnitures in the MF tab - all except the L shaped planter. Its driving me absolutely nuts! I want that planter so bad but I can't seem to find it!
