Are you still maintaining your Thrumkin mod, given that it's not on the list here but remains in your workshop? If so, I have an interesting issue to investigate, preventing them from consuming any food automatically, delivering food if a prisoner, and for unapparent reason Basic Meals have reduced nourishment for them.

Gdyby mi się nudziło i już bym miał skończone zapisy z B18, to bym mógł wszystko przetłumaczyć, to nie jest skomplikowany angielski.

I expect it to be as OP as original, so around 700-1000 damage. After all nearly nothing can survive it directly, except for Construction Yard.
Also, is there a chance we will have the classic Super Weapons as usable things. They might be usable by both AI and player factions though, and could need a proper installation et cetera...

Will it work with the present version of the game? I'm not sure if it will, and gonna avoid crashes.

I also think so. Althrough these creatures are a bit OP if they arrive in early game.
