I was just curious, because I am not entirely sure what the supported formats are for SoundDefs.  In my case, I am adding music to the game.

This mod add's a variety of western-themed ambient and raid songs, as well as incredibly intense combat music with some ambient chillin' music. All music has been curated by me, with no intent to infringe copyright. 
Adds 22 songs to the already existing Rimworld music.  You can honestly add your own music if you have even a basic understanding of XML.  Just put the music in Gob's Music/Sounds and modify the Songs_Gameplay.xml accordingly.
