I've also noticed a drastic reduction in loading times. I've gone from almost two hours loading time with 300-400 mods to less than an hour. I am very grateful for this update, it has helped a lot.

Also, I could not give commands to my pawns (unless drafted) because no pop-up windows would appear. On dev mod, an error popped when I right clicked anything to give my pawns commands. I've just experienced somewhat the same issue where right clicking desn't work and spawns an error. I have a lot of mods but not remote tech and i'm not sure what caused it.

When i disable the "Run at background" option, the game don't start up. Doesn't matter how long i wait.
I can confirm, I have the steam version and i'm seeing the same thing as he is.
I'm very happy this thread was started as I play a heavily modded rimworld and it's been taking several hours for rimworld to load up to the main screen. It barely takes 2 mins to load with no mods but i've got about 200 running. I'll be posting the information required soon and i hope it'll help with find a solution to this issue.

Am I the only one getting errors when loading this up on unstable version. I have downloaded the files from the 1.0 link
