If Pawns could be restricted to a job that gives infinite food/rest at certain objects and restricted to a room, it could be possible to make quest givers, or trading pawns stay in static location, and allow for a caravan of a single pawn to roam the world at large and interact like in most RPG's

TBH I was hoping this would add wandering old west robot faction bases/spawns. Or be seperate like more options. But looks awesome.

Game calculates so all downed creatures have a base chance in insta death.

Get a no death randomness mod and set it to 0

I think this and the defector event would be equally unpopular long term, people never like losing people even if these workers would have been temporary. In fact it might even be more useful to use them like cannon fodder due to the fact they'll leave sooner or later. Or just strip them and get rid of them.

Exp gain for shooting would be best if practicing on non moving objects levels your exp to say level 5, while live shooting does more IMO.

Trigger happy is always going to be more useful, though take out a sniper rifle in halo and spend 5 seconds aiming at anything, you'll find that sometimes just firing a gun can be more useful. Though Careful shooter was nerfed with the updates.

I think really high quality art selling OFFWORLD would make sense, it'd be a rare import and really well done. The merchants would WANT MORE of it to resell for even more so that means giving you good deals to keep you alive don't you think?

With the right set up you can actually survive basically forever, I've had one game last for over 20 years. Now a days I don't have that much spare time for just one save before something updates. Kill boxes, OP weapons like launchers, and gimmicks to funnel raiders. Early game getting walls up, mid game turrets, late game mortars, orbital strikes, rockets etc.

Massive use of slag, sandbags, and chunks. They incur movement penalties and if it covers your base like 6 layers all around except for a killbox front then only sieges would be of a concern, but a fast lategame player can alpha strike the siegers with your own mortars.

It is odd that human leather is valuable though, if anything selling it should incur faction relation penalties.

Not a fan of mages exploding on death myself, I thought it was a specific skill at first, but  sadly I never seem to get that ability. Would be nice if some options could be turned on or off, was just hoping to get a few Paladins in my game.

Two things both fixed by mods.
Stacking limits - 10 jackets take up the same space as 750 potatoes
Lack of colonist inventory - a colonist can't carry items efficiently like how someone with a backpack should be able to.

I think that boss fights shouldn't be a thing, the enemies should use the same kind of tech you have access to. So if a megatank appears, I want one too!

For sure the better quality the bed is the better medical value it is, I can't recall where but I do remember seeing some value where it showed you how well beds healed and it was always more than on the floor.  And better quality = better healing or infection immunity

Pawns wear the best quality clothing condition is there too but it's just one factor, if you want to stop them from doing that you can force wear equipment.

There should be a mod to change the seasons to normal IMO. But it makes little difference you can tell what's what sooner or later.

ixwa would be equally as valid to use, IMO even if it's misspelled per se it doesn't matter much since it's sci-fi anyway.
