It's quite important to know if problem happens only when structure is on screen or even if it's not visible right now.

In addition to what Ty said, could you please check if there's a reliable framerate improvement between this effect being visible on screen and not?
I'm pretty sure GTX 650 has plenty of sampling/fillrate capability to deal with this effect (or few dozen instances of it). But it might be Unity's GrabPass weirdness...

Was it just psychic droner or any other condition causer did that as well?

Uploading a save with your colony(best if it's around the time the issue happened) could give us some clues. I did push a possible mitigation recently, but it would be great to find source of the issue.

Hmm the concert organizer job always checks for instrument to be in a gathering area. So the only way this can happen is either they started playing another instrument randomly or if gathering area was not calculated properly. Was the instrument in gathering area inaccessible by any chance when Concert started? Like someone playing it, or it's interaction cell overlapping something...

We can add an extra check to GatheringWorker_Concert for instrument being accessible to avoid potential weird situations, but i'm not sure how this happened. Save file can also help, maybe there's something about your colony layout.
