I am still new to this game so, tend to die very quickly.

While playing and loosing, I have noticed it has an option to keep watching. Does this mean after all your people are dead, there is a chance that you will get a new colonist and be able to continue your colony?

I have seen a few people walk by and sometimes they join up.

Does this mean there will now be a Godzilla type creature that will randomly smash through defences?

I just faced a raid with 3 snipers. I ended quickly and badly for me. It would have been the 3rd attack on Cassandra classic.
