How to induce the performance of a bug:
(1) turn of solar plants/steam generators ("V" key toggle);
(2) wait till energy stored in battery energy reaches "0";
(3) turn on all power sources on.
You'll notice that eneregy generated is "0", and all the power producing buildings will have this bolt above them as if they did not "get" enough energy.
This can be solved by saving/loading the game.
I can also add a movie showing it, but it is quite big. 144,9 MB.
(Maybe it's important that I use colonist creation mod and Jaxxa Shields mod).
