Dyes are cool, they're nice for people who want pawn uniforms for big colonies, it's nice to have a little mood buff.

It would be nice for colonists to remember dyes between apparel changes,
And/Or
To be able to set dyes through Outfit preferences.

In either case, it would also be nice to have colonists auto dye themselves to fit with either.
