Bugs / [1.3.3200] Ideology Slavery acceptable yet incurs a -15opinion penalty when sold
February 20, 2022, 01:50:38 PM
Please see the attached images.
the issue is that my Ideology leader sold a prisoner as a slave, and now has a -15 opinion penalty with all colonists.
This is the base game effect, but it should be expected that this behavior takes account of the Ideology, Slavery precept.
Slavery is acceptable for my Ideology so its completely wrong that we would be fine having slaves, but not trading them, especially based on the text description.
How to reproduce:
1.create an Ideology with acceptable Slavery: where Slavery is to be expected and part of everyday life
2.Obtain a Prisoner or Slave
3.Sell the Prisoner or Slave to the Fallen Empire with Pawn A.
4. Check the opinion of Pawn A by other Pawns
5. Observe -15 opinion. Sold Prisoner to Slavery
This should have been easily found during playtesting.

Bugs / [1.3.3102] Melee specialist role Feedback from multiple users
December 28, 2021, 02:12:36 PM
This post was to draw attention of the need for a review of the Melee Specialist Role. now that more users are Beta-testing its abilities. I myself found the meLee Speciallist role too situational to be of any use. others seems to give more in-depth analysis and I would recommend Ludeon Studios to review the feedback:
https://www.reddit.com/r/RimWorld/comments/rqe1g7/melee_specialist_role_felt_like_an_afterthought/
The main conclusions are that the melee role needs to have some form of increased survivability.
