So I have started a game with all the expansions and I am at the end of 5508, so far not a single quest related to sanguophages. Is there a restriction that could make the quest never show up?
I have two mechanitors (one obtained at start and another from a quest that showed later). I have already researched deathrest, even bought a deathrest capacity serum and build a deathrest casket to see if Randy would trow me a bone, but nothing...
So I am thinking that there is 3 options for this:

So I am thinking that there is 3 options for this:
- There is a restriction to get the quest (exmaple: with 2 mechanitors the quest will not show up)
- Its the RNG that doesn't favor me
- Possibly a glitch
Any ideas on what could be?
