Maybe building their own colony elsewhere on the map and just interfering with all your possibiities for expansion? Lurk around all the exposed mineral deposits?

How about an event where the raiders try to find some exposed power conduit, and hook something into it that drains a lot of power, with the idea being they will cause your turrets etc to shut down.

yeah, it does seem a bit weird to have a harvestable heart if we cant do anything with it in game..

Just done a quick test with the dev tools on a 'test' colony i keep around, and they are not bothered by Simple prosthetics or 'peg legs', but anything with the word 'bionic' will upset them.
Additionally, the penalty is only applied once, regardles of how many bionic parts are applied.
I guess i will think of it as just another type of 'pessimistic' and install the hardware.

I've recently recruited a colonist with prosthophobe, whose leg and eye were shot off/out.
He seems perfectly happy with his peg leg, but I am considering taking the mood penalty to replace the eye.
After that, might as well go all the way and replace legs etc.

I can manage a -12 penalty, but my concern is if the -12 penalty stacks repeatedly for each limb, it will rapidly get untenable.

Anyone know for sure?

Apparantly this left an impression on my colonists. The first piece of art made after the limb-removal:

"Terror"
This work bears an illustration of Lilaya Woodard slicing into Kevin Nilsson during surgery on Feb 10, 5501. Kevin is shaking and writhing. Almost every shape in the image seems to be triangular. There is a town in the lower part of the image.

To make it more concerning, the artist who made this was the surgeon described in her own work.

This just raises questions as to what the pawns see you as. Are you an AI? A god?
When they pray, do they pray to you?

How are you able to see what everyone is thinking? Not just your colonists, but the pirates and visitors, you can read their thoughts and feelings, see what they are carrying. Freeze time.

When you draft someone, are you "Assuming Direct Control" ala Mass Effect?

if i see a pawn spawn with a rocket launcher i try to get a colonist out to tempt them to waste their shot early. If you keep at long range and have a fast colonist they probably* will miss

*: Probably does not mean definatly. Omega Corp takes no responsibility for bad luck following my bad advice. We do however guarantee pawns fired on in this manner will prevent rocket attacks against your prepared defences.

I put rocks and debris around the traps so that they path through the traps. I haven't noticed any enemies avoiding the traps, but they would be slowed in full view of my turrets even if they did...

If this hasn't previously been added, I am hesitant to give the devs ideas of this nature, but I need to confirm this before I mechanise my colony completely.
Do EMP weapons affect pawns with bionic limbs and/or power armour?
