This could become a cool new danger for the colonist. It starts out harmless just slowing you down but if left alone it starts to spawn tentacle plants that will melee anyone walking by and plants that shoot little acid balls. If you play on large maps like me max size then these things could land miles away and you would be to lazy to deal with it until you realize IT'S TAKING OVER THE WORLD!

I need a stone plant! Everything I build needs stone so I am always low on it waiting for my guys to run around the world hauling stone.

Edit: Also the download link is broken.

:( I have found that when the faction war for my colony happens and you load up a save to try and save a colonist from getting killed the event just keeps resetting turning into an endless war that cannot be won. :(

Oh they're all part of Apparello (aside from the dress worn by Hulda, there) that's a very WIP piece, it only has that single front sprite for the female bodytype
Lol I always thought that mod was for some silly armadillo armor now I see it has much more. Rimworld is becoming the Sims for me I just gotta have my hair and clothes.

Does it work if i take their heart out instead or should I get another colonist of mine to lob grenades at the infected one? I am very new to RimWorld so maybe I'm missing something obvious.
Put the infected in a small room with turrets and lock the door.

The icon is only supposed to go gray if the colonist has died or has disappeared from the map (i.e. kidnapped).  Are you saying that you're seeing the colonist color go gray before the colonist is dead?  If so, that's a bug.
Yes they are grey before death and loading a save they are still grey. Also not just the icon but the colonist is even grey in front view but normal colors from side views.

The colonist icons are a bit buggy. When they get low health or die the icon turns grey but when you load a save game they are still grey. If you quit out of game and come back the colors are restored. Maybe remove they grey effect? The health bar is enough to see how bad they are hurt.

I have a few mods and It works but I had that same issue of missing buttons when I installed the UI mod.

Had some issues with this one. I was doing the prepare carefully menu and when I got to the supplies part the buttons disappeared and the item panel on the right side was blank and didn't show anything even if I hit add item. I turned the mod off and everything worked so ya.

Love this mod I spent hours creating my colonist team it was great. I ran into an issue while creating my colonist. I don't know if it is from this mod or what but while I was looking at the endless list of background stories the game shrunk down to a tiny box in the top corner of my screen and I could not do anything with it so i had to quit out and start over.

It's not a problem with the game itself everything was fine a few days ago. Alhpa 5 is a fresh install but now I see alpha 4 is also not working but this black screen is only affecting Rimword everything else on the PC works fine games movies everything. I don't know what makes this happen or for to fix it but when this happened to Minecraft I did a reformat and everything worked fine after that so I guess that is what I will have to do again. Just wish I knew why this happens so I can prevent it.

The only possible thing I can think of is Java but that's all installed and up to date so I don't know what could mess that up.

I just checked and now the other versions of Rimworld are not working either. I have had this problem before with Minecraft giving me a black screen and no one was ever able to help me fix it. I don't know why this happens and it is very annoying. I was able to fix the problem before by wiping the computer clean and starting over but that is a real pain so it would be nice if someone could please figure this out for me and find a fix?
