Once you have the replacement (Bionic eye or another natural eye) it should just be a operation (Health tab then Surgeries)

Are you using Alpha 7 Rimworld which is the newest? Because this mod is yet to be compatible, it is currently still only for Alpha 6. What other mods is it happening with?

Have you tried closing the game to windows and opening it again? Sometimes a restart is needed to get it to load up textures correctly

Don't give silver a larger buff, since it's the currency it should still come mainly from trade rather than this method, in my opinion

As far as I can tell, all walls, vanilla and otherwise, all have a beauty value of 0, I could be wrong but ive never seen any walls with a beauty value

It's currently not Alpha 7 compatible, Evul and a bunch of other wonderful people are working on making it so, it even says in the title (Alpha 6)

CounterFact, the mod Apothecarius Seven by JuliaEllie adds a life support system which you can use to keep people alive while you steal all their organs, or just to keep a colonist alive until you find a *Ahem* Willing Donor

Do any of the changes your planning on making include scaling of the colonist bar at the top? I like having it there but when you get to 13/14 colonists then it just goes far off to one side
