You should try if that happen on a new colony right from the start too.
With the top right icon, you can quickstart a colony, use that.
Place a workbench with god mode on.
Try if the colonist can use them.
If that don't work, try to remove some mod until it works and you found the mod which cause the problem.
Maybe it is prisonere related, then you need to build a prison and get prisoner first.

The log don't show any error, so it is impossible to say where is the problem.

Hi,
harmony can't break your game.
Harmony is a libary for other mods and do nothing to the game itself.
That why noone else report such an issue.

Reinstall the mod, did you just copy over the new version or did you delete the old mod folder too ?
When you installed it manualy, be sure you copied it correct, and don't have a wrong file structure like double mod folders.

Maybe start from scratch, disable all mods (or just delete the modconfig.xml) just have the core and DLCs active.
Then add harmony (before Core).
And when there are no errors add other mods.

Hi,
1. just readd that mod. It is allways a bad idea to remove a mod during gameplay.
That's why you should keep the savegame before you add new mods, incase you don't like the mod or if they cause problems.
Sure noone say you such things.
2. Here is a picture of my car/PC, it don't start anymore. Could you help ?
That is basicly the same like just snip the last error msg. instead to post the full logfile. Hugslib got a nice feature "Share log" button, which include modlist and patchlist.
Just the error msg. alone  is mosttimes not enough.

You should try and readd the mod, and when you are lucky the error/problem disappear.
But when you are unlucky that problem allready got into the savegame and you need to life with that problem.

Hi,
does Ludeon studios created or develop Rim of magic ?
Did you read "How to report a bug" ?
Or do you just shoot at the blue and hope you hit a dragon ?

You should look for Rim of Magic discussion at steam or Discord and ask there.
And btw. try to include the whole logfile, prefered the hugslib version (use the Share log button).

Since you point me at that i am more sensible about how to use it and indeed i do it automatical wrong most of the time.
Yes i know the difference between "s" and " 's", but you know when you did it wrong for years it become an automatical thing.
And yes english isn't my native/primal language and at school i wasn't that good either.
And i don't care about wrong grammar from other people, as long it is understandable.

Ask yourself, would you go outside during a hailstorm ?
If the answer is No, why you allow it for your colonist ?
When a toxic fallout event happen, you prolly set all colonist to stay inside or undeer roofed areas.
The same should you do during the hailstorm.

And you can disable some event's with the scenario editor for your next playthrough.

Didn't you learn some something from your expierence, that BIG caravan's allways take longer/forever to form ?

Instead to create one big caravan, create serveral smaller ones, use people which just woke up, force them to eat so they don't get sleepy/hungry until they leave.
Once all caravan on worldmap you can merge them together.
And btw. there are serveral mod's that might be helpful with caravan's.

All mods even workshop mods need to be at the Mods folder.
Steam just do that automatical for you each start.

You just disqualify yourself not to read "How to report a bug" ! :-(
When it works fine with vanilla turrets but not for the modded ones, the mod author need to patch it.
Nothing new that some new release cause some mod problems, you just need to report them to the mod author not at the vanilla bug forum.

Hi,
please read "How to report a bug" special the part about logfiles.
Even when it don't start correct, a logfile should be created.
Maybe that logfile show some useful information.

But mosttimes when Rimworld don't start, it is the fault of the videocard.
Too old or don't satisfiy some requirements of unity.
Since there are no clear requirements about the unity engines, it is hard to say what is missing.

You can try to add " -force-d3d9" at the launch command to use Directx9 instead 12, maybe that change anything.
Or when you use the steam version, try to install 1.2 or 1.1 which use older unity engines, when these work it is definitiv an unity problem with your current videocard and you should refound the game or play on a different mashine.

Please allways add the whole logfile to the errormsg.
When you use hugslib too, just use the "Share logs" button and post the link, that include the modlist too.

At which position do you have C&P ? Before or after the race mod ? If it is before just move it at the end of the modlist maybe that allready help.

Use an older savegame or the backup file from the permadeath, or start a new colony.
